This Privacy Policy applies to the iMakePDFs application for iOS and iPadOS, developed and operated by Namchi Technology (17748469 Canada Inc.).

iMakePDFs is built with privacy as a foundational principle. The application is designed to operate completely on-device without remote servers, user tracking, or accounts.

No Data Collection, No Data Retention

This app does not collect, store or share any personal data.

Because iMakePDFs collects no personal data, there is no data retention. Namchi Technology maintains no servers, databases, or accounts that hold any user information, document content, or usage history.

Specifically:

• We do not collect names, email addresses, phone numbers, or account credentials.
• We do not collect device identifiers, IP addresses, or location data.
• We do not collect, view, or retain your documents, invoices, scans, photos, signatures, or custom fonts.
• We do not use analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or tracking cookies.

100% Local On-Device Processing

All core features of iMakePDFs run entirely on your local iPhone or iPad hardware:

• Document Creation & Editing: Documents, shapes, tables, and form fields are rendered and saved locally within the app's secure sandbox on your device.
• Camera Scanning & Vision OCR: Document scanning and text recognition (OCR) utilize Apple's on-device Vision framework. Your camera feed, captured images, and extracted text never leave your device.
• Handwriting Font Studio: Glyphs and ink strokes drawn with Apple Pencil or finger are synthesized into fonts locally. No handwriting or biometric data is ever transmitted.
• Digital Signatures: Signatures you draw or import are stored only within your device's private app container.
• PDF Tools: Merging, splitting, extracting, and compressing PDF files are computed directly in device memory.

Where Your Documents Are Kept

Your documents remain under your sole control at all times. They reside in your device's local sandbox or in your personal Apple iCloud Drive if you choose to save them there.

iCloud syncing is managed directly by Apple using your personal Apple ID, subject to Apple's Privacy Policy. Namchi Technology has no access to your iCloud files or credentials. Deleting the app or deleting files in the Apple Files app removes them immediately.

No Third-Party Sharing

iMakePDFs does not include third-party advertising SDKs, behavioral tracking libraries, or analytics platforms. We do not sell, rent, or share any information with third parties.
